Carolyn Dowdy, Founder and President of Caregiver Mental Wellness


Carolyn Dowdy, Founder and President of Caregiver Mental Wellness, Inc. is a passionate advocate for caregivers. With sixteen years of experience as a family caregiver, Carolyn understands the challenges faced by those balancing their career, raising children, and caring for elderly parents. Her career endeavors include Vice President of HR and Training, self-published author, and founder of a small bank consulting firm in Georgia. Carolyn holds a “Bachelor of Science in Business,”Tusculum University. She completed her studies at “The Graduate School of Savings Institution Management,” and the "Nonprofit Management Institute.” Carolyn lives with her husband in Concord, NC.
