Successful professionals have three things in common: their passion for what they do, their drive to keep pushing through no matter what, and they don’t give up. While their hyper-busy schedules are overflowing with tasks and to-do lists, professionals will continue to tackle what’s ahead of them and forget to take care of themselves.

This enlightening presentation by Dr. Lexi Lain, an expert in functional medicine, discusses the importance of self-care for sustainable success. She believes that wellness is the key ingredient to having better performance, focus, and achieving career goals. Wellness is also the key ingredient to longevity and burnout prevention.

Dr. Lexi Lain
Owner and CEO, Summit Vitality

Dr. Lexi’s mantra is, “Stop asking me what you should be taking for something. Ask me what you should be DOING instead.”

As owner and chief executive officer of Summit Vitality, Dr. Lexi Lain helps professionals and entrepreneurs have sustainable success with a proactive, education-based program. Because of her deep passion to see people lead healthy lives, she combined her love for speaking and educating with her love of whole person healing, creating the “Get Your Spark Back” signature course. Healthy leaders inspire and create a healthier world.

Dr. Lexi earned a doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Oklahoma State University. She has presented nationally and internationally through virtual events, hosted wellness workshops for iHeart Media and other local corporations and has been a featured guest on radio talk shows. She is also past international chair of the Rotary Club International of Davidson and a 3- time half-ironman finisher.

Presently, she is building her community of healthy leaders with her “Get Your Spark Back” wellness program. In her spare time, she enjoys live music and training for triathlons.
