Women In Business is an affinity group of the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce. We embrace and amplify the mission of the Chamber by hosting educational, networking, social, and volunteer events to support the professional women in our local community.

The Empowering Women in Business Conference is a dynamic and engaging event held to amplify and support the role, ambitions, initiatives, and goals of women in the workplace. We are thrilled to create an experiential space for female business owners, CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, founders, and professionals to hear from value-adding voices and industry experts. Curated by business women for business women, this annual event includes educational, inspirational, and motivational speakers with ample opportunity for networking, collaboration, and celebration!

The theme this year is "Habits". Habits guide our lives; they influence relationships, careers, and mental health. Understanding how to create, override, and automate them gives us the upper hand. Unlock the science and power of habITs to drive long-term victories and productive routines.
